The Sisi restaurant is set in a new part of the hotel in a sun-drenched winter garden with a magnificent view of the Belianske Tatras. The style used in the furnishing is in the old Viennese spirit, which has been harmonized with traditional highlander ornaments from the Ždiary costumes. If you want to find yourself at the beginning of the last century, from where you will breathe the style and charm of romance, the Sisi restaurant is certainly the right place.
However, our restaurant is not named after the famous and beautiful Empress Sissi, about whom legends say that it was hard not to love her, but after one of the daughters of Janka and Jaroslav - Silvia. But we believe that you will have the same feeling when visiting and tasting the dishes in this exceptional restaurant.
We offer you regional specialties and dishes of international cuisine, we also pay attention to meatless dishes. Fresh seasonal ingredients are a matter of course. Our chefs will be happy to take into account any health restrictions and prepare food according to your wishes.
